His current development initiatives include Northlake Concierge Medical Center in Tucker, Georgia, a boutique medical office development designed to serve independent physicians, specialists, concierge medical practices, and other healthcare providers.
Beyond real estate, Ashadele brings more than two decades of experience across technology, software engineering, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, consulting, and business leadership. This multidisciplinary background contributes to his approach to development, combining technology, design, operations, financial strategy, and long-term asset planning.
